By accessing or using this website, or by applying for or holding membership in the Discovery Bay High School Alumni Association ("DBHSAA," "the Association," "we," or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or apply for membership.
DBHSAA is a volunteer-run alumni association for graduates of Discovery Bay High School in St. Ann, Jamaica. This website provides information about the Association, allows prospective and current members to register, facilitates donations and membership dues, and shares news and events.
Membership is open to eligible graduates and, where stated, other supporters of Discovery Bay High School. By submitting a membership application, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Membership benefits, dues, and privileges are set by the Association's Executive Committee and may change from time to time.
You agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Executive Portal or member data, submitting false information, or using the site to harass, defame, or harm other members or the Association.
By participating in Association activities, you understand that DBHSAA may share posts and content (such as photos or announcements) involving your participation, on our website and official social media channels. If you wish to have your photo removed from published content, contact us at alumni@dbhsaa.org with at least two weeks' notice, and we will facilitate the removal in the best possible manner.
This website does not process online payments. Membership dues and donations are arranged directly with the Association (for example, by bank transfer) — see our Give Back page for details. All dues and donations are used to support the Association's activities and Discovery Bay High School students, in line with our stated mission.
This website and its content are provided "as is." While we try to keep information accurate and up to date, DBHSAA makes no guarantee that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DBHSAA and its executive members are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or participation in Association activities.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
